This morning, I’m up early (for me) on a Sunday. The sun, as seen above, is still behind the trees, though clearly it’s not hiding its splendor.
Sigh.
We are spending the first half of the day in Sullivan. Tonight, we will travel to see a comedy show in Manhattan featuring our friend, Joe Raiola, and then we will spend the night and Monday morning at Sandi and Paul’s home in Westchester.
It’s a full day that also includes an ACA meeting and a scheduled talk with one of my fellow travelers.
Despite this or maybe because of it, I will try and pause frequently to take in my surroundings, breathe and wonder. It’s good to be alive.
