It’s Monday, 3:30 pm, and the Bierko team has been rocking the ready-set-go! Today we organized our kitchen and pantry in the RV. As any traveler will tell you, creating an ergonomic environment is one of the keys to success on the road. Whether you are car camping or RV glamping, I think there’s serenity in knowing where things are.
For those who may recall, my initial joy about RV’ing included the realization that almost everything we want and need isn’t back home – it’s with us! For me, this is the perfect blend of comfort and freedom.
Now that we have a slightly larger camper with better specs in every category, we are set to enjoy a safer, roomier adventure. That feels great.
Today, I will be discussing pluses and minuses of a cortisone injection with my physical therapist. My GP has already okay’d the procedure, but I want to give the PT a voice, as well. Despite 2x daily stretching, walks and a mild muscle relaxant, I am still experiencing pain when driving. My thought is – keep doing the exercises, let Beth drive more frequently and get the shot for Scott.
Let’s see what thinks!
